Liss brings 15 years’ experience partnering with Leadership Teams to help them navigate complex organisational change.

She has worked with public and private sector clients across Australia, the UK, Europe and Asia. She worked in consulting firms in Australia and the UK (making Partner at Q5) before moving in-house to lead enterprise-wide changes at Xero.

Her work spans operating model design, strategic change and executive coaching.
