Part-time, project-based. Typically less than 6 months of support needed.
A standard consulting-style engagement with a clearly-defined and mutually agreed scope, milestones and deliverables.
Best when there is a clearly defined problem to be solved and independent advice is critical.

Part-time support, on an ongoing basis. Often more than six months of support needed
Responsible for strategy and delivery within defined accountability areas.
Best during periods of transition when end-to-end continuity is important. Helpful when there are a series of interrelated changes on the horizon.
